Groundswell Design Group was approached by SPP and Of Place to redevelop a new exterior portion of a public plaza in Tampa.  The waterfront property, rebranded as ‘Sparkman Wharf’, is in the heart of downtown and will act as a picturesque channelside amenity. A beer garden, food and beverage vendors, flexible synthetic lawn, and dining garden complete the space as a true Tampa destination for all to enjoy.
