Groundswell Design Group was approached by Ensemble Real Estate Solutions and Investments out of Long Beach, CA to conceptualize a mixed-use development on Pier 34/35. The project includes a residential tower on Pier 34 with public amenities on the first floor and a public park on the pier 35 site. DIGSAU is the architect for the project.
