LAKEFRONT AT KEYSTONE

Groundswell was tasked with creating and activating a number of new amenity spaces at the newly re-branded Lakefront at Keystone office park. We created a unique and lively Lakeside amenity as a first phase of the project. The second phase includes creating a public boardwalk, a floating activation barge, floating island planters, various seating elements with plantings, playful lighting, a hammock net lounge, and a food and beverage container for private and public events.
